Position overview
As a Senior AI Engineer at Synergise AI, you will lead and drive the development of AI and Machine Learning solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex AI systems, ensuring high quality, scalability, and innovation in our AI-driven products.
What You’ll Be Doing
Our Senior AI Engineer at Synergise AI will be responsible for:
- AI Development: Leading the design, development, and implementation of AI and ML models and algorithms.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing and preprocessing data for AI model training.
- Model Evaluation: Evaluating and fine-tuning AI models for optimal performance.
- Integration: Integrating AI solutions into existing products and systems.
- Research: Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and contributing to research efforts.
- Mentoring: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives.
This role will involve a leadership role in AI development and research.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Bs. in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in AI and Machine Learning development and research.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Deep knowledge of deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
- Proven experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and data architecture.
- Proficiency in data pipeline and ETL tools and frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with data storage solutions, including relational databases and data lakes.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and data governance.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Published research in AI or related areas.
- Experience with computer vision, reinforcement learning, or other AI subfields.
- Knowledge of big data technologies, data streaming, and real-time data processing.
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
